Made to your specification

Our made-to-measure curtains are made to your individual choices and measurements. A change of mind alone does not normally entitle you to return them. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described.

Requesting a change

Need to request a change? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order at enquiries@curtainsuk.com. We’ll review your request and get in touch. This is a request window, not a statutory cancellation period or a promise that a change can be made.

Fabric samples

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds for samples. Statutory rights remain for faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed samples. Contact support@curtainsuk.com.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact support@curtainsuk.com with your order number and useful photographs where appropriate. We will work with you on an appropriate remedy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
