Room Image & AI Privacy

Before you upload

Adding a room or reference image is optional. Fabric Intelligence can use an uploaded image to help interpret colours and suggest fabric directions. Please avoid including people, addresses, documents or other unnecessary personal information in the image.

How the consultation uses your image

The image and your consultation input are processed to provide the Fabric Intelligence service you request. You can review and correct colour interpretation, or use the questions and Browse Fabrics without uploading an image.

Training and stored consultation information

The CurtainsUK integration is configured with training permission disabled for uploaded room images. It is also designed not to store raw reference media in the consultation state. Derived information can include colour observations, your confirmed palette, answers, reactions, recommendations and an image hash.
