How to measure

Record your measurements in centimetres. Measure the intended curtain coverage, then the finished drop. We calculate the fabric fullness for you.

  1. 1. Total coverage width

Measure the whole usable track or pole, including the planned space beside the doors for the curtain stack. Do not measure only the glass.

  2. 2. Finished drop

Measure from the intended curtain top to the chosen finished level. Check the floor along the full opening and keep the curtain clear of moving doors.

  3. Plan everyday access

Check handles, inward-opening leaves and the sliding or folding route. A pair stacks at both sides; a single curtain needs enough space on its chosen stacking side. Do not add a guessed stacking allowance to an already measured track.

Common measuring mistakes

Mixing millimetres and centimetres; measuring the glass instead of curtain coverage; adding fullness yourself; assuming the floor or two sides are level; measuring before deciding where the curtain top will sit.
